Jeanine Hecker - Owner

My introduction to this beautiful area of the Emerald Coast was in 2006 when I began working for Rosemary Beach Realty as a Real Estate Assistant.  I transitioned to vacation rental management and concierge services in 2008, helping establish The Soleil and Soleil Management.  There, I managed five luxury vacation rental units and three commercial units at both 38 Main Street and 62 Main Street.  From 2014 until starting Beach Retreats 30A in October 2016, I was the Guest Services Managing Partner for a private vacation rental management company exclusive to Rosemary Beach.

 

My goal is to provide the highest level of personalized property management service to vacation homeowners so that they can better enjoy their beach retreat.

Our Policies

  • Beach Retreats 30A will be provided with keys to the property or the property access code

  • Only a Beach Retreats 30A associate or an approved service provider will be granted access to the property

  • 24 hour notice is required when requesting services

  • Service requests require a one hour minimum with additional time billed in half hour increments

  • An invoice itemizing the services provided as well as receipts for items purchased will be submitted each month

  • Payment for invoiced services and purchased items is due upon receipt by cash, check or Venmo

  • Payment to service providers and for arrangements and reservations is the responsibility of the homeowner

  • The Service Agreement can be cancelled any time for an reason

  • If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will do everything possible to resolve the situation
